Delivery and Returns


There are 3 ways to get your Find's to you when you buy online.

1 - Next day £5.00 (not inc Saturday)

If you order before 12.00pm on any working day your order will be shipped to you by special courier guaranteed next day delivery and they will even drop you an email to let you know what time you need to be in to receive it.

Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your item will be shipped out on the next working day for delivery the day after.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.

Friday Next Day for Delivery on Saturday is available for £10

2 - Two to three days £3.95

We will ship your goods to you using special courier still but these will just arrive within the normal time frame.

3 - Click & Collect - you will receive an email notification with instructions usually within 24 hours of ordering 



Buying Online 

If the item you have ordered isn't right you have 14 days to return the item to us (please see instructions sent with your order) alternatively please email for the return address, as soon as we receive your items back they will be inspected and a refund or credit note (valid for 12months) will be issued to you to spend online or in store within 14 days of receipt.

If you are local you're more than welcome to drop your return over the gates (in a waterproof bag) or call during our opening times (thurs, fri, sat 10am - 2pm) and we will collect it from you.

Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.

 Faulty Items

If the item you have ordered is faulty please contact us at or call us 07775162683 to send back, we ask for a photo of the fault prior to sending then once the item is received we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.

Buying In Store

Change of Heart

If you get home and have a change of heart you are more than welcome to bring the item back within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

Faulty Item

If you find a fault with the item you have bought please get the item back to store within 28 days where we will inspect the item and offer a full refund or a replacement.
