Delivery and Returns


There are 3 ways to get your Find's to you when you buy online.

1 - Next day £5.00 (not inc Saturday)

If you order before 12.00pm on any working day your order will be shipped to you by Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery and they will drop you an email to let you know what time you need to be in to receive it.

Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your item will be shipped out on the next working day for delivery the day after.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.

Friday Next Day for Delivery on Saturday is available for £10

2 - Two to three days £3.95

We will ship your goods to you using Royal Mail Tracked48 still but these will just arrive within the normal time frame.

3 - Click & Collect - you will receive an email notification with instructions usually within 24 hours of ordering 


Standard European delivery will cost £15.00 and will be a tracked and signed for service. Please allow 7-21 days for arrival in normal conditions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - When a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. These fees can be unpredictable and are your responsibility as the buyer.



Buying Online 

We understand that not everything fits, or, is not always suitable. If the item you have ordered isn't right you have 14 days to return the item to us (please see instructions sent with your order) alternatively please email for the return address, as soon as we receive your items back they will be inspected and a refund will be issued to you, please allow 3-5 working days for the monies to reach your bank.

If you are local you're more than welcome to drop your return into the Studio  (Open thurs, fri, sat 10am - 2pm) or if out of hours you can pop your return over the gates (in a waterproof bag) and message the phone once you've done this (07775162683). It is at your own risk if you are unsure where we are located.

We subsidise postage to get your goods to you but do not offer free returns. 

Faulty Items

If the item you have ordered is faulty please contact us at or call us 07775162683 to send back, we ask for a photo of the fault prior to sending then once the item is received we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.

Buying In Store

Change of Heart

If you get home and have a change of heart you are more than welcome to bring the item back within 7 days fully intact with tags and unworn and we will offer you a refund, exchange or a credit note which is valid for 12 months from purchase.

Faulty Item

If you find a fault with the item you have bought please get the item back to store within 28 days where we will inspect the item and offer a full refund or a replacement.
